About the Project
Tax Credit Agency, a firm specializing in R&D and other business tax credits, partnered with Stellar Blue to design and implement a fully automated sales and qualification workflow. The objective was to build a scalable system that captures leads from multiple channels, qualifies them using proprietary data, and seamlessly moves them through CRM, contracts, and onboarding without manual bottlenecks.

- Automated LinkedIn Prospecting: Configured Apollo to automatically connect with high-intent LinkedIn prospects, send follow-up messages, enrich contact data, and push engaged leads into HubSpot.
- Website + CRM Integration: Connected website forms to HubSpot using Zapier so all inbound leads flow directly into the CRM.
- Automated Contract Generation: Built API connections that push CRM data into DocuSign, allowing engagement letters to be generated and sent automatically.
- Real-Time Team Alerts: Configured Slack notifications for deal progression, warm lead status changes, and contract milestones.
The result was a centralized, automated funnel that handles outbound prospecting, inbound lead capture, qualification, internal collaboration, and contract execution.
