Part of the community since 1928, the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation encourages public-spirited citizens to invest in the future of Oshkosh. Stellar Blue partnered with the Foundation to design and develop a modern website that reflects local pride and makes it simple for residents to stay current on education, grants, advisors, and ways to give.
