Step 1: 1-9 Documentation

  • Please read the 1-9 form thoroughly and then sign, date, and scan the completed form
  • Upload the completed form with the following naming convention, "[YOUR NAME]_Signed_l-9.pdf"
  • We will fill in the areas concerning your employer fields
  • You'll also need to scan and upload the two following documentations.
    • 1) Your passport OR a copy of your drivers license
    • 2) Your social security card
  • Please name the returned supporting PDF documents with the following naming convention.
    • "[YOUR NAME]_Passport.pdf"
    • "[YOUR NAME]_SSCard.pdf"
