What is included in the StellarCares Non-Profit Website Offer?
The StellarCares program provides nonprofits with a professionally built, six-page WordPress website designed in Elementor. Each site includes secure hosting on WPEngine, Cloudflare protection, a basic contact form, initial SEO setup, and professional copywriting to help share your mission clearly. You’ll also receive two hours of recorded Elementor training and basic analytics reporting through Google Site Kit.
Can I update my website after launch?
Yes. Every project includes one round of revisions through Markup.io, allowing your team to review and comment directly on the draft website. Once approved and marked as complete, we’ll finalize the design and launch your new site.
Once launched, your team will receive two hours of recorded Elementor training, empowering you to make content updates confidently. This will give your team the ability to make any simple edits you need made. For more advanced work, reach out to us at StellarBlue and we will find a support plan that works for your organization. We also provide additional support and consulting services for nonprofits that want to keep expanding their site in the future.
How much does the plan cost?
The StellarCares Non-Profit Website Offer is available for $149 per month with a 12-month minimum commitment. It’s our way of giving back to the organizations that strengthen our communities, offering a fully supported and secure website at a fraction of traditional development costs.
Who qualifies for the StellarCares program?
This offer is open to registered 501c3 nonprofit organizations that need a modern, refreshed website, whether from scratch or based on a previous website. The program is designed to help nonprofits upgrade their digital presence affordably and effectively—just in time for the giving season.
What do I need to provide before the project starts?
We’ll need your organization’s images before the project begins. If you need help finding visuals, we can source or generate images using AI, quoted separately. We’ll also work with your existing content to create a site that captures your story and purpose authentically.
How long does the project take?
Each project timeline is set based on your content readiness and feedback. Once we receive all materials, we’ll share a clear project schedule that includes 4 meetings with your Stellar team. Most nonprofits can expect a smooth and efficient process that brings their new website to life quickly.
What kind of analytics or reporting is included?
This package connects with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for trusted, universal analytics reporting. Your Free Basic Analytics Report will be sent on a monthly basis.
What if my organization needs more advanced functionality or SEO support?
Your new site will come with 1 basic WordPress contact form. Any automated or interactive functionality beyond that form will be an additional cost. We can extend your package with premium ongoing SEO, custom integrations, or regular support plans. These are optional add-ons that can be quoted based on your goals and timeline.
